Although this time with someone else, so I'm less bored than last time. Not bored enough to look at that 'Roo!' thread in General discussion, though.

So what's going on? Anyone likely to be up all night? :)

Ugh, which video was it again? Ahh yeah that one from our bassist... hmm not sure if I can do that from here, might need him to sort that out!

I was at the RAL recently for an interview, the diamond light source is massive! An absolute monolith.

That's in 2 weeks' time, this one was the ESRF at Grenoble. Some good data, so that's nice. Need another good night to recover, though. 24h beam time is always followed by a further 8 hours of travel for me, so it's a bit of a nightmare!

Nope, I'm an X-ray crystallographer working on discovery and development of anti-cancer drugs.
