Not sure how many of you are in the US and purchase stuff online but I thought this was pretty cool. I purchased a fender amp can from music123.com and after two weeks it fizzed and and died on me, alot of people claim no hassle returns but ya can't tell until you actually have to use it, thankfully it was no problem, since it was defective they e-mailed me a UPS return slip, all I had to do was tape it on the box and drop it back off at UPS, talk about convenient!
A month later I decide to call in to use my store credit, I have $180 to use but my order total was $182, I was expecting to split the rest of the payment on my card when the sale rep said "all right your two bucks over...so i'll just make it easy and drop something by two bucks," and voilah, no split payment needed! It was only two bucks yeah, but to be honest I've never seen such awesome customer service from an online store, seriously when it comes to purchasing music gear I don't expect shops to slide even a penny!
So yeah if anyone in the states needs a good online music store with great customer service music123.com is the best!
sorry if this seems like a plug but I gotta be honest didn't expect that kinda service.

It's always nice to hear good customer service, but it's also good to hear tw@t service, so you can avoid them.
I'm glad you had a good experience rather than a tw@t one.

music123 is good, glad to read a positive report. I use Sweetw@ter now, which is more expensive than the rest, but well worth it for their level of service.

sweetw@ter is good, I actually put in an order the same time as with music123 earlier today, I ordered a new gig bag and a carrying bag for my roland street cube, they actually called me to let me know that they street cube bag was going to be delayed a week and would go ahead and ship the gig bag first if i wanted, cool! Even turns out the guy was a San Antonio Spurs fan, upon which we consoled our mutual disappointment of the Spurs being kicked out in round 1.
Their prices are just about as good as everywhere else, the only thing that holds me back from completely converting is the price of their 2-day shipping.

I think Thomann are hard to beat when it comes to return convenience, helpfulness and speed in warranty repairs. I had sent them my SM57 2 years after purchase and it was back here in Belgium in 5 days, repaired and fresh as new!
I didn't even know that the belgian post even look at any incoming parcels within 5 days ...
