This interesting application came up in an advert in my Twitter feed. I must say it looks quite good. I'll be downloading it later to have a play.

It looks quite easy to use and the slowdown/pitch thing will be very useful for learning some of those quicker passages. His two other applications also look quite interesting.

for windows users, guitar rig, has an mp3 player that does the same thing, although it's quite a bit more expensive... depending on where you get it from...

I use amazing slow downer (Mac). Costs about the same and does pitch, speed and has looping functions. Doesn't have the waveform view though. Also works with itunes purchased .m4c files.

Having played with it a bit it's quite nice. I'd really like a feature where you could filter the vocals down or out of it. Something like that Vox thing that's on the market. I Suppose I'm asking a bit much at the price it's sold for though.
