Howdy,
Here's a clip I just did using a 7 string Schecter Omen with a newly installed (thanks to Nick From the Axe Palace) ceramic Warpig in the bridge position. I'm tuned to A on this and used a Line6 Guitarport as my recording medium. The tone on this is a mix of two tones actually. The left channel is a JCM 800 w/ V30s and the right is a Line6 Treadplate using a 10" Gibtone. The riff comes from a song from a band I'm in called Haint.

The range and richness of tones I'm getting now is incredible! These pickups are the single best ones I've ever owned on any guitar. I will be using them from now on on everything I record.

Really nice riffage you've got there. The tone is low but still crisp, which is nice. \m/

Thanks.
Low as in mixed too low or somethings else? I appreciate any feedback you can spare as I'm trying to refine several tones atm.

No, I meant low as in teh guitar is tuned low but the actual tone remains unmuffled. Its a good guitar tone, but for my tastes its a little too 'hairy' and not quite smooth enough. Maybe boost the bass a little and take some of the mids out. It might sound better with a thick bass guitar underneath it too.

Yes, it's tuned to A.
The thing is is now that I have these in my guitar I can really get some subtle variations in tone that I just couldn't before w/ the stock pups. Only wish I'd gotten some BKs sooner.
