Hi All,
What is the difference in sound? I am leaning towards getting a MQ Pig90 in the bridge for my SG, but I dont want to kick myself later for losing the humbucker.
Will the MQ Pig90 clean up better than the Warpig?
I'm thinking MQ Pig90 AV in bridge and MQ Pig90 AIV in neck.
I got my strat back from my brother the other day and fell in love with the cut of a single coil all over again. But dont want to lose that chugga chugga chugga of my humbucker.
I had the money for my 1st BKP's, but bought a Sony PSP on an impulse. I got to not walk around with money in my pocket.
At least it gives me more time to think since i am all over the place with what BKP's I want. hahahaha

We really need some clips of the pig-90.

OK - I did my bike ride - I'll drag the computer out and try to get it set up. I don't have an MQ Pig-90, just the regular Pig-90. I have a 'Black Dog' MQ (I don't know if this is the standard wind - mine is one of the originals). I do have the Warpig though.

Great Phil!
What are the big differences between the pig-90 and the Warpig? I have a Warpig so I know how that sounds.

Yes, i would love to know the answer to this.

a Pig90 and an MQ Pig will both have the same wind and magnet, it's the 'exterior that's different, one a humbucker size the other a dogear.

Thanks Tim, but we were asking what the difference in sound is from a regular humbucker warpig and a Pig90/MQ Pig 90.
