Hi all, been a while since I posted a clip...
Was looking back on the things I had posted in the past and realised my Pod tweaking had come a fair way since then, so thought I'd give you all a listen to something a bit more recent.
I STILL haven't got around to recording with my N.J series Warlock, even though it is now Nailbombed, as it's not in the tuning my band uses, so this clip is of my Bronze series Warlock. Considering the "Bluey the Bronze" is over 10 years old, cost £200 new and is probably made of some hideous 12 ply something-or-other, I am quite pleased with the tone I have been able to eke out of it! It's mostly down to the Nailbomb really.
Anyway, kit used: Cubase, Groove Agent, Pod XT Live and Bluey the Bronze loaded with a Nailbomb in the bridge. The other guitar in this track is only doing the solo, it is a Jackson 7 String with stock pups so don't take any notice of the solo, but all other parts including the clean solo accompaniment are Nailbomb.
Enjoy!

Thanks! I've squeezed all I can from that axe now, time to start working on the NJ, finally found how to down-tune floyds! :D Was way more simple than I thought, but there might be an art to getting it "just right", as I find I still need to use the micro tuners more than I should.
Glad you guys are liking it so far though. :)

Is that song written by your band?
I recognise it... lol. I think it's the intro I recognise... not sure. I may well have heard the song before.
Very nice though, great tone, some nice riffs in there. Good stuff.

Aye I wrote the whole thing. Bit worried that you recognise it, could be I've inadvertently nicked a riff subconsciously from something. I hope not, lol!
Thanks for the compliment though dude, new riffs are hard to come up with these days! :D
