With all the Metal, Rock and blues tones all over the place, here's some thing I've been dying to record for the longest time. I've never found the right tones... Until now.
These NB7s are amazing... Mind you, this is an Ibanez S7320 here...

I've never heard a 7 string sound like this... I'm VERY happy with the way the tones came out. Lemme know what you guys think... :D
P.S. Forgive the cheese and the sloppy playing.

Nice tones. Gotta love those Nailbombs. And the pipes!!!
Mark.

Oh my.......some absolutely breathtaking tone there.....with a few goosebumps thrown in for good measure. Only one disagreement with you.........I detect no cheese in there...... :D

This was awesome man, nice work! And yes, NB's are so versatile, best pickups I've ever owned!

$%. Yes.

Hahaha... I thought the choice of song was rather cheesy... Y'know, the kind of stuff you play to get girls. Hahaha... (If my wife heard this, she'd ban me from playing altogether...)
I was too busy trying to get great tone from this guitar, and not to overplay... I sorta fudged the end solo a bit by being overzealous in my bends.
Thanks for kind words though...
Much thanks to Tim for the spot on recommendation of the A5 mags! That open wah-like bridge tone is what I was looking for in a 7 string pup! and the sweetness of the neck was sublime!

Nothing cheesy about playing along with a beautiful piece of music and letting some soul come through.......keep playing, looking forward to what you have in store next!

That turned out really nice indeed!

Just wanted to say something about these tones I'm getting... I've let people hear this clip without much information, and the first question I get would always be: "which guitar was this? The musicman? A Suhr? Tom Anderson?"
Then when I said "Ibanez 7 string S series", the look on their faces was priceless.
That's how good these pups sound...
