Title: Guitar shops in York and Whitby?

I'm in York for a few days and going to Whitby for the day too. Are there any good guitar shops around here that I
could check out?

I was in Whitby a couple of weeks ago, really nice place.  Take a trip over the bridge to the side with the castle and have a mosey among the shambles - there are some nice stalls round the market place and one that did some gorgeous cakes (brownie, blondie etc...)
