I am thinking of upgrading my FX pedals. In my FX Loop would be Delay, Reverb, Chorus, and GE-7 EQ(solo boost)
In front of amp would be wah, tremolo, vibe, Octaver and Boss tuner.
Is this the correct set up?
Will I lose any tone?
Delay is digitech
Reverb is digitech
Chorus CH-1
Tremolo is Keeley Version
Vibe is Voodoo Lab
Dunlop Wah
Was considering G System but lots of $ and not sure it will sound clean?

I'd put the pedals in the loop like this: chorus, tremelo, vibe, delay, reverb. In front of the amp, I'd go tuner, wah, ge-7, octave.

Here's what I'd do in your position
Infront of the amp I'd go:
Octave--Wah--Tuner
In the Loop I'd go:
Chorus--Tremelo--Vibe--Delay--Reverb--Delay--GE7
This not be the 'correct' order, but on 1st impression, it seems ok to me :)

deja vu - I'm sure I posted on this a couple of weeks ago...
Is your amp OK with pedals in the loop - you need to be able to adjust send and return levels.
The G System is great - checked one out at the Music Live show. Nice and clear, didn't colour the tone much, just great sounding effects.

This site lists what equipment various bands use. http://www.guitargeek.com/
It has diagrams showing the effects all wired up. No idea if the order, or even the pedals are right though.

Although there is a "rule of thumb" with pedals (Wah/Dist/OD/Modulation/Delay etc), and although this works well for a lot of people, there's absolutely nothing wrong with experimenting with pedal positioning and using your ears to judge whether it sounds good or not.
On saying that, I think if you were using the GE-7 as an EQ, then it's current position is fine, if you're using it as a booster, then I'd put it last in the chain from guitar to amp. There again, if it works as a booster for you in it's current position, then great.
Experimentation is the key, just don't put any OD/Dist in the loop as I've heard they don't sound very good, or do your power amp any good either.

I've heard that Skybone's order is the "correct" one but, like he say about the graphic, if you use your overdrive as a boot then it'll be overdriving the chorus pedal so you'll get nasty tranny distortion.
For delay and modulation the order depends what you want - do you want the chorus sound delayed or the delayed sound chorused? They wont sound the same.

I'd agree with these answers, but experimenting can bring new results. I'd heard that Pink Floyd wired up a wah the wrong way round.
If you get a compressor then put that in front of the wah. And Fuzz pedals should go first (not that these apply in the current case).
