Title: Orange Rockerverb

BUT better than i thought. i played some orange heads a while ago because i thought about getting one, but they weren't for me. the gain seemed more fuzzy to me than on other amps i prefered. but last time i used one i took along an OD-808 and that was a lot of fun. worth a go id say.

Sold it because it wasn't right for my current band (using my Marshall JVM) and couldn't afford to have a £1000 amp sitting under the bed. One day I will own another.

I find the midrange boxy too.

That said, theres a great clip of Free playing Fire & Water with Koss playing through a Graphic head and it sounds awesome.

Post by: mikey5 on October 08, 2009, 05:26:33 AM: For me a 200 w head would be way to much. Its got tons of awesome gain. Its a nice British thick sound. I personally really dig that sound.
