The Fanned Fret 8 string guitars are finding more builders
with Roter Custom Guitars of Poland moving on production

Can an 8 string pick up for slant installation at bridge - 3" fan - be ordered ?

Takes a longer pick up.

Yes, but it depends on the angle you need. Philosophul (a member round here) wanted some 8s for fanned fret but apparently the slant needed was too extreme, or something like that.

May have changed since then. Best thing is to ask BK.
