Title: wireless speakers?

I want to run some hi-fi speakers in my kitchen from my PC but don't want wire routed halfway through the house.  Is there such a thing as wireless speakers?  They don't need to be reference quality, just serviceable (and cheap).

they do exist.
i went to uni with a guy who made his own wireless 5.1 setup... but there are also places to buy them, however im not sure where.

i think they guy butchered some old transmiters out of some old kit.
i wouldn't be surpised if there are some wireless ones that work over IP either and some how interface with your itunes or whatever people use these days.
