running into a Soldano SLO?
The title says it all. Thanks!

Which Skid Row? Gary Moore or Seb Bach...
Ha! Title doesn't say it all... and what do you want to know? :P

Gary Moore played with Skid Row???
Scotti Hill and Dave Sabo: the first two albums from SKID ROW.
Which BK pup in an LP to get those liquid fanastic tones?

I think a Holy Diver would get you close, but a Miracle Man could be a diferent but good alternative.

Both Dave and Scotti used a Duncan JB so Holy Diver is the best bet.
Remember alot of the sound of the first album was the ADA MP1 rack pre-amps and Michael Wagner production.
On Slave to the Grind they used very different rack gear but the same pickups in Chris 'Lumpy' Hofschneider custom parts guitars .
Hope that helps.

Thanks guys!

I'd have said
Cold sweat, Miracle man or Holy Diver
But having an ADA MP1 and Michael Wagener is the essential part
Debut Skid Row LP was an awesome sounding album!

I agree on all counts!

I tried a CS and it was tad lacking in the mids for my tastes so I'll order a Holy Diver.
Right now I have RY, Crawler, and BD: all are very cool in their own way but the BD might get replaced by the Holy Diver for some more power.
Thank so kindly for you advice; I appreciate it!

definitely a cold sweat for a LP
painkiller for alder
the diver sounds nothing like those albums
