Title: John Fogerty uses Diezel VH-4
Post by: Mr. Air on December 01, 2009, 08:23:27 PM
Just stumpled upon this by accident. I would never have thought that Fogerty played a VH-4. Would you?

for his clean tone only though.  seems a bit overkill, there are plenty of amps that can do Fender cleans.

Even though it's only for cleans the vh-4 isn't an amp model that I combine with classic rock like Fogerty plays. Isn't it too modern sounding? Well apparantly not - at least to Fogerty.

I saw Y&T using Diezel amps the other week - they were probably hire stock , and they both stayed on channel 3 the whole night
