hey i've got an epiphone les paul custom with stock pick ups, pots ect. but im looking to give it a total overhaul of the electronics.  i was wondering which of your humbuckes would suit the les paul sound? y'know big fat sustain and the ability to turn into a growling beast lol. would the nailbomb give this clean sustainy tone?

from what i've heard, mules are the classic les paul sound

are you after the classic les paul sound, or something hotter (nailbombs are a LOT hotter)

what kind of bands' music do you play, and what amp do you have?

Oooh my first "clip pimp"   (I think)

Yeah, Mules are great. I had to play mine through a cranked amp to really appreciate the true tone of em though!
