Thank you man,i'm really proud of my pickups. In a cool guitar these are probably the best solutions to get a serious metal tone.

Hey Guys!

We restructured and re-recorded our old song, egg, the new title is "Burn" now.
We used our cheap homestudio gear as always (Pod xt, 150$ Johnson bass, and the Amarant superstrat with ceramic warpig on the bridge, and alnico warpig on the neck, metal foundry 4 the drums)
Feel free to criticize the song and the mix!
Keep it brutal!

I like the song. Your style reminds me of Killswitch Engage a bit, but the almost electronic sounding runs that you play at times are incredible and create a fascinating feel. There's not really much to critique considering you guys seem to have your sound pretty much dialed. Only thing I would say is that although your sound very technically impressive, it could be construed as being a little too generic. A little more steady rhythm might be nice as well, but its really just not my style of metal so take it with a grain of salt. I was only able to listen through headphones, but the mix sounded excellent to my ears.

I am using Toontrack's EzDrummer with the DFH EZX for my projects. How does Metal Foundry compare?
