Got these 2nd hand but they are pretty much mint.

They are being put in this guitar I'm building:

I have no idea which is the bridge and which is the neck pickup though...they were just in the box with the little BKP card and no labeling which is which. They are a calibrated set so obviously I don't want to install them the wrong way round. Any clues on working out which is which?
Thanks in advance. Can't wait to get the guitar done.

Disregard that post, the bridge one still has the little label on the wire.

Nice looking project there :D
If you have a device to measure the resistance, then the hotter pickup will be the bridge one. (Off hand I can't remember the numbers, but I'm sure someone else here knows.)
Otherwise, you said the set was secondhand? Then whoever sold it to you MAY have snipped some of the excess wire off so it would fit in their guitar; if thats the case, it's likely the bridge will have less wire than the neck, but this isn't really a sure way to check. Your best option is probably the first one.
Best of luck, someone else can probably provide more info. I have a set of MQs myself, I'm in love with them :D
EDIT: Hahaha, well at least that was easy :p Keep us updated on the build!

Glad you sorted it :D
And yeah, nice looking project.

Yes, a very nice project - and I'm sure you'll LOVE the M.Qs ! I certainly did , till I had to remove them from a guitar I was lending out . I am certainly looking forward to hearing mine again when I get the opportunity.
Just the photo of yours made me grin and get all excited again . :)
Oh - and welcome to the forum ! :D

Thanks guys, it should indeed be a very sweet project. It's nice to keep at least some of it british too, given that everything else is from Warmoth or elsewhere in the States. Can't wait to get it all up and running, I'll get some clips recorded too.

I look forward to the finished item and also hearing what you think of the tones.

What's that, a padouk neck? Should be interesting!
-
Yup, Padouk with a Ziricote board. It's gonna have a single ply matte black pickguard. I like my guitars stripped down and functional looking.
