Alternatively you could buy a 'burst......

i'd like at least a couple pics of the guitar that weren't taken 20 years ago... :?

Or indeed any pics at all of the actual guitar. If I want to look at the October 88 issue of Guitarist I can grab it off my shelf (if I could be bothered to get the stepladder out... ).
I remember Tim Gentle Music, they were using that axe-wielding caveman logo 30 years ago.

He writes almost as much as I do!
Lovely story and all... but 100K for a lump of wood and some bits of metal? Not for me, I'm afraid

I love the 25/50.
I met a guy using one in a band called Seed Of Pain that my band with played a few times. They are from Switzerland.
The guy bought it from his dad when it was his 21st or something. Really lovely guitar. I like the TP-6 Bridges too.
wouldn't pay £100K at all

He must had got confused with the pricing for a 1958?

Maybe he means £1000 rather than £100,000. Times it by 6 and you could buy Hank Marvins Red Strat !.

I'm sure it's a cracker but bet it won't sound discernaly(not sure this is a word but i like inventing them) better than something fifty times less.Commercialism gone to the extreme, but while people will pay that for a table then why
not a guitar.I'd go to 3.5grand if i was offered!
