The news said you'd had quite a lot down there. We had none. Typical .

The Netherlands had it's fair share of snow, ice and wind too. Lots of extra car crashes, traffic jams etc.
Except where I live. Exactly in the eye of the depression. No wind, no clouds, a sunny day all day long. :)

It was really bad, untill about 11 in the morning, then it stopped an melted very quickly!
Tim managed to get up to Wolverhampton to play a gig, so it wasn't too bad.

we got a bit in northern ireland, but it had mostly melted by about lunchtime
according to the news cornwall got it worst, right? and devon's nextdoor to that...
-
We had two minutes of dribble snow at lunchtime at school today.
My leg went in the pond, which we thought was completely frozen over....it wasnt...
Had fun with ice...

Half the country is on it's @ss at the moment. The longest traffic jam was 92 kilometers. Only one airstrip can bu used on Schiphol. There are no trains in the center of the country and large regions in the south have no elecrticity because of frozen and snapped power lines.
Still, no problems here up north.
