Title: AII Stormy Monday on whole Django Reinhardt Jazz/Blues tribute album

Hi all,

My father's latest release "Blues for Django" by The 'Paridé Canestraro Quintet' is a jazz/blues tribute to the great gypsy guitarist Django Reinhardt.

I did some of the mixing on this one, lead guitar was an 82' LPC with AII Stormies, and 90% of the leads are the neck PU into a Mesa Studio Caliber combo thru a Jensen P12N AlNiCo speaker. EQ was roughly the same thru the songs as different tones was the result of mic placement.

The album, and the two previous ones, are available on all majors music download services (iTunes, AmazonMP3, Virgin, Deezer, Spotify...).

Wow !

Now that's what a real Jazz guitarist can do with those good ol' Stormies !  :D

I shall enjoy listening more at leisure - but meanwhile, sell my own Jazz guitar and take up crocheting or playing the triangle instead .  :lol: The bar has been raised very , very high with that fine example of 'correct usage' being aired on the Players  section.
