It's not bad.  I could do without the 12th fret inlay and the funny little notches in the body.

He's certainly consistent in his choice of guitars, isn't he?

isn't it funny how Epiphone manages to attract more and more endorsers than gibson these days? my sales rep definitely told me he saw an increase in epiphone's overall QC and decrease in Gibson's...

or am i thinking of someone else?

Yeah, he had a signature model built by Ran Guitars for a while.  Before that he had custom Hamers.  Always variations on the red/black V theme.

No idea about the amps.

He's been switching endorsements a lot (he is playing Hughes & Kettner now)

I don't think that Epiphone attracts more endorsers than Gibson, it's just that Gibson does not build signature guitars for your everyday worldfamous artist, they only do it for Guitar Legends and Manistream artists...

I think there will be a Machine Head Epiphone Flying V soon, I saw Robb Flynn play a custom Graphic Epiphone V on the last tour!

Indeed. I don't think Epiphone will ever release a Kiefer Sutherland model  :?

IMO this is a huge down grade from his Ran in terms of quality.
