I have a Fender 1972 Deluxe remake
http://guitars.musiciansfriend.com/product/Fender-Road-Worn-1972-Telecaster-Deluxe-Electric-Guitar?sku=423539
And i was looking to purchase a covered bareknuckle nailbomb for my bridge pickup. what specifications should i be choosing for my pickup?

I would think "F" spaced, short leg, ask Tim to be sure.

Those are Reissue Wide Range humbuckers, they are physically larger than a standard humbucker. Either send them off to be rewound (ask BKP first) or buy a standard BKP and get a new scratchplate made.

how do i ask tim?

I asked Tim the other day and he said that he doesn't do WRHBs.
You can try Telenator or Vintage Vibe however. Rio Grande also offer a WRHB alternative.

Then he will have to buy a new scratch plate as standard sized humbuckers won't fit in his guitar.

You could always add a pickup ring to the std HB size!
