The Amp is a Laney VC15 in old English White, had it for a few weeks now and is my small grab-and-go amp for smaller gigs and home practise. Now the speaker is breaking in a little is has an excellent clean / just breaking up tone that I really like. I was going to get a Super Champ XD but the background noise put me off, in comparrison the VC15 is very quiet indeed. I also like the fact it is in a decent ply cabinet and Laney have started to use quality metal jacks. I think it looks really nice but as usual Laney have used pretty cr@ppy vinyl covering that is soft and looks like it could peel off/tear pretty easy. But it's a toneful little amp that weighs only 14kg, very handy.
It replaces a WEM Dominator and is lighter, less noisy and more versatile.
The guitar is a Lap steel I made out of an old door and stuff I found in the depths of my shed. I actually sounds pretty good, pity I can't play the thing! I've made it for a mate for his birthday so trying not to get too attached.
Notice my special string through bridge design :D

Great stuff. If the VC15 is anything like the VC30 I am sure it is a great little amp.

Yeah really enjoying it. I've had a few VC30's and they are great too. The 15 is a little springier with the single speaker and obviously easier to drive whereas the VC30 is bigger sounding and a little darker. Both really good amps for the money though.
Old English White gets grubby quick though! Looks good but black is probably better in the long run.....

Just noticed that DV247's got a few B-stock ones going cheap if anyone fancies one.
