Title: Deleting Smilebox installer

My wife was on a site that promised to provide design for birthday invites when it downloaded an application called "Smilebox Installer". We're using a Mac.

I've tried to delete it but I get a message saying it can't be removed.  Does anyone know how to get rid of this thing?
