Title: Boss DS-1 v Vox Satchurator

So I've been listening to clips of these pedals and quite honestly, they sound very similar. The Satchurator has the better features what with the 'more' switch. But is it worth the extra £30 - 40 ?

I fancied getting the satchurator just to have a pedal to play with and get different tones to my JVM.

think you answered your own question - get the Satchurator.

it wouldn't surprise me if the Satch pedal was a tarted up DS-1, he's used that pedal for years after all.

I thought as much.

May not bother now though, I'm gasing for a guitar now. Got my eyes on MDV's RG560, a 7 string Ibanez on ebay or a Yamaha Pacifica 821
