Brand new 16 ohm THD Hotplate boxed and unused.Would like to swap for a set of Geoff Whitehorn Crawlers.

Keith, this is in the wrong forum for trades. Plus, you don't have 100 posts yet, so you couldn't post it even if you wanted to.

There's a room that's specifically used for selling and trading items.

Also, you have to have been a forum member for a certain amount of time, so that not just anyone can join the forum and start selling stuff. They do it so that there's not a sudden upshot of members who only join for 1 day and then flood the place with sales.

Thanks for that Indy and again thanx to Craig. I joined this site because I am a BKP user and have no intention of joining just for one day to sell or trade. Obviously because I could not get into the right forum I just tried something else unaware of what was needed, didnt bank on getting grief from anyone.I will take out this post if possible.

Yeah, I think you need to have 100 posts before you can advertise on the Seconds Out forum. Not sure if anyones said this yet, but welcome to the forums  :D

Thanx Tom yes this has been pointed out in no uncertain terms by TO. I cannot remove this post so......... any way the majority of people in these forums seem fine but I think i'll just watch the posts from now on and keep my mouth shut.

TO and the rest of us just want to keep this forum a great place to talk about BKPs and gear. It's all to easy to let it go the way of other forums so we do have to police it together.

Yeah, I have to agree, it's easy to be hostile and nasty to new members, I'm a new member and I wasn't aware until reading this thread of these rules. And I have tried to read the rules of this forum, simply because I'm on varous different ones with different rules, so it's best to know what you can and can't do, but these particular rules weren't made clear.
