For anyone who loves my Red Sparkle Tele, this is from the same run - a 2008 '58 Heavy Relic in Vintage White. Absolute bloody bargain at £1499 and a damn sight less than I paid for mine!
Here's the full spec: http://www.guitars4you.co.uk/guitars/2937.htm
Plus if you go to the "Special Offers" section of the site, it's Summer Deal number 7 and reduced to £1499.

Oh, what a bargain!
(sarcasm)
-
Quick! before Roo snaps it up...
Looks cute, but I'm still not sure I'd spring that much myself (and certainly not at the moment... I've spent all my jolly-money for this year )
-
For a CS Fender, I think that is a bargain. They have another Tele I would snap up if it was similarly reduced in price.
-
It's a great price for a brand new, limited run CS guitar. The limited run stuff always seems to have had a bit of extra attention paid to it...
-
Cool :)
-
Is the price reduced because of the cosmetic flaws?

A well knackered '58 model ? - I already have one of those at my house....
-
Pretty nice, but what have you done....now I have to put up pictures of a tele on fire and one with the neck ripped open to subdue Roobubba's anger :P
-
He'll just love this monstrosity...
-
Having played that one I'd agree it's quite nice. Your red 'un is better though.
-
:D
-
hopefully it sounds better than it looks!
-
if that was a strat I'd consider it!

My car is worth a fortune.
It's 7 years old, 102,000 miles, plenty of dings and scratches, and even a few dents too (but I'm not charging any extra for those). Unfortunately, the tyres are pretty good, but a couple of track days should sort those out. As it's got a full service history, I'll throw away the service book, or perhaps just rip out the service pages and call it "car candy"?
Perhaps I could look to p/ex it for a new one. Obviously, I'd be looking for some cash too, there's no way I'd do a direct swap.
I just don't understand the whole "relic'd" thing at all ... but I know where I'm going to advertise the car when it's time to sell it.

I'm sure it plays, feels and sounds great but I honestly prefer Philys black Tele.

I thank you! :D
(I'm sure the Custom Shop one is quite a lot better though! )
