Ahhhhhhhhhhh $%ing HAILS GUYS
the best news from my life
my father will give me a 4X12 AND A TUBE hEAD.
no price limit.....The only problem is that some companies like mesa boogie have somekind of policy that not allow them to ship it outside usa etc.
so, I have NO Price limit to buy a TUBE HEAD.
but i guess it´s better to buy a marshall 1960 4x12 cabinet HERE in brazil.
cause it´ps too heavy and will delay a lot to be shipped to brazil.
so, WHAT i need is SOme CONTACTS worldwide that will SHIP the TUBE HEAD OF MY CHOICE to brazil. The faster the better. and the saffer the better (packge wise speaking )
I´m looking to the following Heads :
Bogner Uberschall, Framus Cobra, Mesa boogie Triple rectfier or dual rectifier(2 channels, old model. not the new one with 3 channels), OR a Peavey 5150 .
Ah.. PLEASE, i´m kinda in a hurry to RECEIVE THIS ahahahah reply it Fast . ahahaahahha i´m dying of anxiousness
CAN YOU HELP ME!??
ALSO.. THE BARE KNUCKLES WILL COME! ahaha don´t worry.

I think you're better off with someplace in Europe than the US; US amps don't have voltage selection, unless it's a Splawn lol
I'm confused by the fact that you put the 5150 in the same category as the Bogner, but ... it's your money!! (Or your father's in this case, lol)
-
Hails ben
i put the 5150 there in the Last of the alternatives.
Q:p
DO You recomend me someone to deal with?
-
The Bogner and the Framus will blow the others out of the water dude. NO price limit?!? sounds somewhat like heaven. I'd get something custom made by Splawn 8)
-
Just to echo indysmith, the Bogner will wipe the floor with the Boogies.
-
JP, unfortunately I can't help you, but I wish you luck for finding the right amp. All I know I wouldn't buy an amp from the US since you have 220V in Brazil. Europe has 220-230V, that'd be a better match. You wouldn't get that typical rectifier tone with 220V anyway, so I don't think it's worth getting a Boogie. Framus and Bogner are built better.
-
I'd go for a Splawn. I think they could make one to match the Brazilian electricity network. And get a Brazilian flag control panel while you're at it. 8)
Your daddy rocks!

i think beyer's music (in germany) ship worldwide, and postage isn't too bad either
but my engl savage se hasn't arrived yet, i'll let you know what they're like to deal with if you want.

I talked with the guys of wildwestern guitars
they sent me an interesting proposal...
what i disliked it the fact that they will ship via USPS... and a çlot of people seems to dislike their services.
what do you think about it?
also... What´s the deal with the transformer?
here i use 220 ... if i get a 110 and a converter.. would it be an issue anyway?!

THANK´S For all The Help

It's not used, but that is in the UK, we pay the most here for everything!

I would not get a unit made for the US. If you use a converter, it may void the warranty!

www.rocksolidamps.com
ENGL,Framus,Diezel, Splawn stockists.
i think they ship anywhere, and Derek there is really cool.. proper metal guy! :D
Once you pick an amp, email the tech support team and ask about the voltages... i did this when i was gonna get a Budda, and they said an amp tech could change the voltage over by making a small change internally and it wouldnt void the warranty.
Remember, companies sell the 'same' amp worldwide, so if it doesnt have a switchable voltage (eg Marshalls) then its probably not hard to change it if you know what your doin :)

Huuuum, Bad News....
i received an email from wild western guitars in Usa, and the guy said thta the matching cab for the bogner will not be shipped for some reason.. And.. the head itself, my father told me that its betterto think ABOUT it MORE.. something like that
i think , with all the 60% of taxes form brazilian customs.. the bogner will end up not worth the money.. cause i can get 2 tube amps for the price of one.
like a 5150 and a laney vhr 100
so.. i guess i´ll Pass on the bogner uberschalll.
PLUS.. i talked to derek.. and he said that will not ship anything to brazil...
