Most incredible thing just happened... I've bought a car!

TWO!!!! That's insane :D
Mine's a VW Polo from 1997. I'm told that's a very good year
Oh and by the way. Congrats on your purchase, Matt
-
mine are both brand new. :? now I have to pay for them.
One for me and one for the girlfriend. She's paying towards hers though so it's not as big an outlay as you might think.
I guess my guitar collection is pretty much complete for a bit so now my money is going on things entirely less exciting :(
-
I like the look of those DS3's. Very smart looking.
Congrats on your Polo too.
I was out today looking at cars with a friend (he's looking to move on from his Citreon C4 to a smaller diesel car) and I'm looking to look of Corsa's though it will be a while before I sell my Focus, no funds!

What model Mazda? I just got one about 2 weeks ago too. Loving it.
My mum has been eyeing a DS3 since they first came out, would like to know what it's like.
And congrats Mr Air, a number of my friends have had Polo's and they all liked them.

Cool man, nice little cars....... although you'll want to take it to my mate at Revo ( http://www.revotechnik.com )
I pick up the wifes Yaris on September 1st.

I've been driving a polo miles long till my mother told me hey gimme my keys back. Its a good lil car a bit glutton on gasoline versions but still holds road very well and nice to drive. Enjoy ;).
-
Nice one :) I just got a new car recently as well. Going up to a 1.6l from 1l is an amazing feeling, it just goes!

One of my co-workers was thinking about getting one of those, but he eventually went for an Insignia, which seem to be spreading around our office like wildfire.
-
Beware of the Insignia in the snow. It's got the same traction control as my Astra and when it snows it's just plain dangerous........ if you can get it off the drive.
You can turn it off in the Astra, but it leaves it in sport mode which also isn't great in the snow.
Nice cars though, I like them a lot.
-
I'm gonna be in the car market again soon - got to get rid of this petrol-guzzling Saab (much as I otherwise love it).
-
I got a new car a couple of months ago, just failed its fecking MOT today!
one of these. Spoke to a mechanic friend of mine and apparently they can't actually fail it on the point that they wrote down :?
