Title: Hard decision between 2 guitars
Post by: Transcend on September 12, 2010, 12:31:33 AM
Im stuck deciding between these 2 guitars the first is an RGA42FM the same as what i already have but with a red flame top rather than trans black flame

and the second is something that ive been searching for for about 3 years and have finally found it

You'd think naturally id just go for the V as i already have one RGA and ive been searching for a V like that for ages.

However the main reason im looking for another guitar is to serve as a backup for gigs and this is where it makes sense to get the rga as it would be instantly comfortable and familiar.

Then theres the fact that the V would add to my available tonal pallette and could also function as a guitar for alt tunings.

Ive been mulling this over for the past month and just cant decide at all.

And before anyone says get both. That isn't really an option with all the redundancies happening across the NHS i dont wanna be splashing out too much just incase.

The flying V looks cool! Would be great to ask Tim if he can put white covers in this humbuckers...
