I'm building a strat with a crawler and 2 mothers milks.  Which pots and caps would everyone recommend?

Never had an HSS guitar but IIRC the canonical solution is to use 250K pots and add a 250k resistor serial between the bucker and the volume pot. wrt/ tone caps, you'll probably want to wire it with both SC sharing a same cap and pot and the bridge using the second pot with a distinct cap (you should find the appropriate wiring diagram on http://guitarnuts.com (http://guitarnuts.com)). If so get a 500K pot for the bridge tone.
