1 master volume
1 master tone
5 way switch
- 1 neck (singlecoil)
- 2 neck (singlecoil) +middle (singlecoil)
- 3 middle (singlecoil)
- 4 middle (singlecoil) + bridge (humbucker)
- 5 bridge (humbucker)
dpdt switch to split the humbucker.
Could someone please draw me a wiring diagram? I havent been able to find any, and I've tried search engines.
thanks

Deymour Suncan's got this pretty much covered

edit: http://www.seymourduncan.com/support/wiring-diagrams/schematics.php?schematic=1h_2s_1v_1t_5w_pp
... looks like what you need, shows a push/pull pot on the volume knob so just apply that to the DPDT switch

also, bookmark this link! it'll save you a lot of grief when installing replacement pickups
http://www.seymourduncan.com/support/schematics/schematics.php?schematic=color_codes
edit: although be aware that it may also cause you even more grief as some manufacturers (naming no names, Fender) don't always stick to those colours

The only thing with the Seymour Duncan diagram, unless I'm reading it wrong, and all the others I found is that forces you to compromise on the ratings of the pots and caps you use. My current build is HSS too and in the end I just changed my design so I can use 500K pots for the humbucker and 250K ones for the single coils (4 knobs a la Les Paul). All the combined schematics I've seen either use a compromise pot value (say 300K) or just use 250K throughout which doesn't seem like the best plan tonally to me. If anyone has a killer schematic that solves this I'd be all ears though.

Oh my gosh, Frank, that is funny AND helpful. You must be proud....
Anyway, I found this thread because I have the same question, got some Bare Knuckles HSS (Geoff/MM) to wire in, and was wondering about this:
Since I don't even usually bother with a tone pot, why not use one of the pot locations for the HB at 500k, and the other for 250k for the two SC's (with one tone pot for all)?
I am going to continue my search for this type of solution, will hopefully find a pertinent answer here...

Are you looking for one master volume because of the holes you already have in place? Use a dual concentric and a 5 way Super switch. 250 for your singles and a 500 for your humbucker. http://www.guitarelectronics.com/product/CPCS25/CTS-Stacked-Dual-Concentric-Audio-Guitar-Pot-250K500K.html
and
http://www.allparts.com/Fender-5-Way-Super-Switch-p/099-2251-000.htm?click=19167
And wired to the switch terminals as follows:
1 - neck p/u
2 - neck p/u
3 - mid p/u
4 - bridge p/u
5 -
0 - 250k volume pot
1 -
2 - mid p/u
3 -
4 - mid p/u
5 -
0 - 250k volume pot
1 -
2 -
3 -
4 -
5 - bridge p/u
0 - 500k volume pot
1 - from 250k pot
2 - from 250k pot
3 - from 250k pot
4 - from 250k pot
5 - from 500k pot
0 - to master tone and output jack

And a 250K push pull pot for the tone/hum splitter. Sorry forgot.
