I got a tremelno the other day and it had one part missing and i managed to lose another small pin.
I emailed them asking if replacement parts were obtainable as they were only small parts.
And i got an email back stating they would replace the entire tailpiece for me free of charge!!
It's good to come across companies that still pride themselves in helping customers out!.

Great stuff. Some of the big corporations should listen to these reports carefully.

They do listen. Doing anything about it seems to be impossible though.
