Here is the scheme I really really want:
1) Bridge hum FULL
2) Bridge & Neck OUTER COILS
3) Bridge & Neck INNER COILS
4) Neck INNER COIL
5) Neck hum FULL
Hereeee's my question... Is this even worth doing with the Miracle Man's? It would be an awesome wiring scheme, but I don't even know if it would be worth it, since these pick-ups aren't exactly versatile...
As a side question - How would NailBomb's work in a basswood body / maple topped Suhr Modern?

I have a Miracle Man set using PRS 5 way wiring in a PRS clone with a black korina/maple body and rosewood/ebony neck. The settings are:
1 Bridge humbucker
2 Inner pickup coils, parallel
3 Outer coils, series
4 Outer coils, parallel
5 Neck humbucker
However for this to work correctly you have to flip the magnet in one of the pickups (best way is to order it like this). I find that it gives me a lot of tones that I wouldn't expect from the description of the Miracle Man. I get great blues and classic rock tones from it.

4 Outer coils, parallel
What's the difference between series and parallel??

Top is series, bottom is parallel.

What's the difference between series and parallel??
Series is the normal method of combining pickup coils, parallel gives more mid cut and is like the combined setting on position 2 & 4 on a Strat

As above
series = higher DC resistance, Parallel = lower DC resistance.
really want to try a MM set with a 5 way now

SCHWEET!!! How would flipping the magnet affect the sound when the hums are on full? How do to bridge/neck outer coil's sound differ when they are in series compared to parallel?

No idea, you should probably ask a PRS owner. I don't play anything that doesn't say Fender on the headstock.
