Title: Mississipi Queen Lead Clip
Post by: Transcend on February 03, 2011, 09:55:08 PM
Just a quick clip more so testing my new cab (which i will post a NCD when i get around to taking photos)

Its all the Ibanez RGA with the miracle man doing the rhythm and the MQ neck doing the lead part.

Closed mic'd Off-axis just away from the join between the dustcap and the cone.
Peavey 2x12 loaded with v30s

Oh yeah also theres a small amount of delay on the lead tone too

Nice arrangement and that Miracle sounds really powerful and meaty

Cheers man. I can't take credit for the arrangement though as it is the intro to a Hammerfall song.

Another reason i did this was to work on my bends as i always seem to bend too far or not enough so i spent a while practicing with a tuner to get them exact yet i still fudged one up slightly

That's a Hammerfall song, isn't it?
I used to listen to them so much! :-)
