Title: My latest Orchestral piece (no guitars; just orchestra)
Post by: Denim n Leather on February 04, 2011, 04:16:34 AM
I wrote this piece as background music for my Call of Cthulu game. Thought I would share:

Sounds good Ben. I have no idea of the game though so perhaps it might be better to listen to it in context. A constructive suggestion: those first two cymbals- I think they could do with lasting a bit longer  or maybe a touch of reverb? I liked the overall effect though.

Very nice cinematographic piece. I would not add to much reverb. Now the strings are in the front, as if you're in the audience at a concert.  I like this directness.

I was thinking only of the cymbals- I wanted them to ring on for longer .I liked the  directness of the rest of the instrumentation.
