I used to love watching NFL games on channel 4 back in my youth with that bloke with a beard who looked like he was in Godley and Creme ...

I have a recollection of Rory Bremner being involved in the studio at half time. What he said is a little vague but I do recall there being some OJ Simpson jokes in there - the American studio presenter was trying to divert attention away from him but it didn't really work.

Didn't stay up to watch it last night though, it's not the same when you're not playing with a Pocket Simon or Technic

Maybe I'll give the highlights a try if they show them, but there's just too many stoppages to warrent watching it live.

I did watch a bit of the Superbowl (until the Black Eyed Peas drove me to the "off" button). But I can't be doing with it really, all that clock-stopping drives me mad and I find the rules utterly incomprehensible. Same applies to most American sports.
