Has anyone here tried one already?
Its USP compared to other lunchboxes is that it's got 6V6s as its power valves... much preferable to EL84s to me. There's also a 'bedroom friendly' 2W (...right) which could be fun.
Mostly it just seems to add a little bit more to your Tiny Terror.
I've never seen a Nighttrain or Hayden Mofo... how do they compare?
Thanks!

I haven't tried, but the clips I've heard do make me want to. I didn't like the Nighttrain, the Blackheart Little Giant, the Valve Jr or the Tiny Terror one bit in person. If the Traynor sounds like these in real life, I'd go for it. Plus, it's always nice to get a little head. :D

I just built a single channel push-pull 6V6 head. it's loud though. I think I prefer 6V6 to EL84.

I'm very interested in this amp. Two output stages is cool. I've got a Matamp (too loud) to sell and may well pull the trigger on this funky little fellow. My main amp has EL84's so 6V6's would make a nice contrast.

Catalyst77 on this forum is selling the 5w head I built for him, I think its comparable to the amp being discussed here...
