Power on the visual sound fuzz is center negative, so yes, it should work with the standard supply. As that power supply delivers 450mA and the fuzz draws 11-17mA, you could power about 30-40 of them with this unit  :D

I saw this post shortly before getting a Keely Blues Driver and Metal Muff on the bay. After the auctions ended I popped to Maplin to pick one of these up since neither can with power adapters. First impressions are good, no noise from the unit and it does what its is supposed to. The first unit I bought was bit rattly so I took it back the same day and got it changed no probs. If you need a cheap power supply definitely check this out.
