Post by: hunter on March 17, 2011, 11:08:19 AM

Was inspired by the Bonamassa flame thread and did some free leads on "So Many Roads"

Guitar Edwards LP "Page" with VHII Bridge and RY Neck
Amp used is the Cornford Mk50H
Booster Xotic EP, CAE 404 Wah
FX: Korg DL8000R in the loop and RetroSonic Phaser up front

I always like your clips, you're a real tonemeister. It's like having our own Eric Johnson.

Oh what a comparison, thanks!  :D

I am not yet running certain battery brands on certain voltages for the right tone though, at least not quite yet  :P

Impressive as always ;) but  I'd like to ear new material from that big rock/metal band you were in, if its still up and giging.

+1 - Always great to hear the clips you make when you buy a new piece of kit - have bought several items (e.g. EP boost etc) after listening to your clips/reviews

Ohha, I hope that is a good thing. Did you end up liking that EP booster?

Yes - I use it either to give a subtle lift/enhancement when playing relatively quietly or to give a lead boost on my single channel Cornford Hurricane. Really useful for a single control pedal.

I actually wish Bonamassa's guitar sound was that good. That first part with the VII was great!
