I'd like to replace the current SCN pickups I have in my Deluxe Strat with something quackier, more traditional and vintage sounding.
I guess this video illustrates the tone I am after.

Which BK set would get me close to this tone?

Definitely try the Apaches, they are perfect for that early 50s sound. The AIII magnet combined with a low wind gives them that "quacky" midrange character you're after. Wonderful pickups indeed :)

I'd agree-Apaches though I also get a great quack tone from my Slowhands.

Apaches. They have some magic. Although I play IT's, which are great but different, Apaches tempt me bec heard so many great clips here.

Another vote for the Apache here. :)

Thanks for the feedback.
How would the Apache's rate against the Fender CS '54s?
In other words is there a specific advantage for choosing BK over the genuine Fender pickups?

I had the CS 54' on my 50th anniversary Strat, I decided to change them after comparing them to a set of trilogy pu on another Strat, even though they are not vintage, so I spoke to Tim looking for a vintage pu that would best represent the 54' 50th anniversary Strat, he recommended the Apaches stock wound on 2 & 4 th position not RW/RP. Best tone ever!!! In comparison the 54' were dull in every aspect. One characteristic of BKPs is they are open sounding and you can actually hear the different notes being play rather than putting a blanket over your speaker! There is an excellent article under the reviews and award section I think!

Another Apache vote here. I held off getting them for ages, happy with my ITs for a couple of years, and then later Sultans.
But when I gave in and got Apaches as well... woo... they're just special for "vintage strat".
My original understanding was that Apaches are particularly good for "spank" rather than "quack", and I am rather partial to "quack". But since I've had them, I've found that they give me plenty of what I call quack (and a fine spank as well!).

Apache's all the way - they'll do everything you want
