Recorded this with my brother (Hansi on these boards) while getting hammered :lol
 He's on the left channel and chorus leads. I'm on the right and leads/solos from ~5:00 onwards.

We used my bro's setup; Excalibur Tone Screamer -> Splawn Quickrod -> THD Hotplate -> EMU 0202 -> DAW with impulses loaded.

Guitars used:
My bro used his Gibson Explorer with BKP Rebel Yell(b)/Dimarzio 36th PAF(n) (http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d37/_Hansi_/guitars_n_stuff/Family2011/Family2011_05.jpg).
I used my Caparison Horus with BKP Warpig(b)/Sinner(n) set (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v308/christeraser/Geetar%20stuff/Caparison%20fam/IMG_2747_800.jpg).

SSD EX for drums.
Bass is pitchshifted guitar.

We were tuned to C# instead of original's Eb.

This is a very nice comparison. I like the Warpig's base tone a little better, but the pinch harmonics sounded MUCH better than the RYs. Thanks for sharing.

About the comparision, I need to remind you that we didn't roll off any gain when I recorded with the Warpig so the settings were 1:1... also, different guitars and different players :)
