I have a standard Epi Les Paul Black Beauty (3 pickups) Which of the BKP range will give me the closest sound to the 59' LP? I like the Peter Green sound.. So could someone give me some advice on which wa to go..
Thanks

PG Blues set for the Peter Green sound, Mules will be worth looking at as well.

PG Blues for much more than the PG sound - You easily get Beano era Clapton and Bloomfield too.

Maybe I have this wrong, but Ithought the Mules were pretty much an exact copy of a 59 PAF.
I cant remember if its the PG Blues or the Stormy Mondey - but one of those is a 57 PAF.
If you want the 59 soundn then the Mules would be my choice.

"The Mule humbuckers are built and voiced as faithful reproductions of the best sounding late '59 PAFs "
"The Stormy Monday faithfully reproduces the tones of the brighter '57 & '58 era PAFs with smooth natural sustain, wonderful pick dynamics and string separation."
"Individually, the [PG Blues] bridge humbucker is pure '59 PAF in tone with all the touch sensitive response you would expect from unpotted coils."
