Hey guys, here's the thing. Atm, I have a NB7 in my Jackson and I am loving it. I want to add a neck high output single coil-sized rails humbucker (something similar to SD's Hot rails), which would complement it well in terms of output (so that they both have similar volume). But, my guitar only has the bridge pickup, and I want to route a cavity for the neck pickup.
Since I want to save space on my guitar, and considering that I also think that single coils look badass size-wise when they are angled in the neck position (sort of like /), I am after a 7 string humbucker in single coil housing, so to speak.
So, does BKP make something like that?

I've contacted Tim a few times about this but he simply doesn't like them and has intention of producing any. His argument is simply down to tone as he says that they don't do a good humbucker tone and they equally don't do a good single coil tone. I dithered about this a lot as I really wanted a single coil sized humbucker but eventually I went with BKP single coils. After talking to Tim I went with Trilogy Suites and they haven't disappointed at all. They're certainly different to the Hotrails I used to have but far more articulate, more versatile and absolutely no mush (which is something I found was awful on the Hotrails).
