Hi guys,
I'm putting together a Mahogany bodied telecaster with a rosewood board maple neck.
I have a Stormy Monday HB in the neck position and i'm looking for a bridge single coil Telecaster pickup that will be a coherent match; don't have a particular sound in mind.
Yardbirds soundclips sounded sweet but i recall mixing AIV with AII is not recommended (Did it myself with a Mule bridge and SM neck in a Les Paul and in between sound wasn't great or balanced).
I play Jazz/Fusion/Blues through a Mesa Caliber amp.
What do you guys think ?
I'm waiting for an answer from the BKP team.
Thank you !

I personally like the Blackguards (for this guitar look at the 52-bridge), but you have to like the raw Broadcaster-character. The Yardsbirds seem to fit you musicstyle, though. I don't have experience with mixing AIV and AII.

Thank you for the suggestion !
Tim replied and said Yardbirds without hesitations and i didn't even mentioned it to him in the first place, so it seem like the way to go.

I would guess the "mixing AII and AIV" thing is less of an issue when it's a single coil and a humbucker?

If Tim says Yardbird, follow his advice. He knows his pickups.
