Title: Pickup Delivery
Post by: The Hitman on May 10, 2011, 11:01:50 PM
I ordered a pair of Cold Sweats on Saturday afternoon and I received them on Tuesday.  I live in Canada!  These guys are amazing with their emails and deliveries.  Extremely impressed with how professional Bare Knuckles is.  Can't wait to hear what these sound like in my Les Paul.

Hell Yeah! I'm really stoked on this post because I just ordered my pickup a few days ago!

You should post some sound clips of the new cold sweats. I would consider slappin' a few of those in my les paul!

What did you end up going for?

I emailed Tim about it and he convinced me to try the A-bomb in this particular guitar BUT there is a return policy just in case and I have a few other guitars that need some bare knuckles! I'm REALLY interested in a holy diver.

how do you think the HD would sound in an american tele?

I have no doubt the A-Bomb will sound a lot better in a lot of mahogany.

The HD should make a Tele sound very different! Much bigger and thicker than standard.

wow. were they six strings? i always get mine 2 weeks from order but then the only ones i've ordered were 7 string mule and black dog and 8 string cs and riff raff. not your typical bkp's XD i figure they keep a good stock of the regular six stringers and the more obscure ones are made to order.

On side note, I ordered these in the new Tyger finish.  These things look incredible and I would highly recommend a set of these to anyone who is interested.  I will give a tone report but I have to still install the pickups.  This will have to wait until the weekend.
