Title: Recommendation on cab

I am looking to buy a cab for my Engl Powerball. I was hoping to get an Engl standard 4*12 but that fell through. The tone i fell in love with was that cab.

The question is can anybody else recommend some cabs which are going at a reasonable price or are second hand. The cab i wanted had v60's i believe. Any advice would be much appreciated.

i use the laney tt412 cab with my savage se. It has vintage 30's. It seems quite good.

I haven't cranked it or anything though.

Try changing 2 of the Celestion speakers for Electro Voice (EVM 12L). This is what Gary Moore has done.
Jake E Lee has all Electro Voices in his Marshall 4X12.

Except the EVM 12L is out of production!

But you can pickup the EVM12L up second-hand. Try Loot or eBay.
