Some of the pickups have winds that incorporate 666 winds in them - ask Tim

Of course-we make each one so you can have what you want.
What you have to keep in mind is that twin screw coils effect the tone and bring the bottom end up quite a bit, also cap heads really spread the magnetic field.

Hey Tim.

I love the tone of the allen heads. I have 12 allen heads in my Gibson 500T (they fit somehow) and I think they deffinately improved the tone.

But I have no experience YET with BKP so maybe when I do order the pickup I want I will just order the standard version and maybe the neck pup I buy I will experiment with and order with the allen heads.

Its very cool that your give so many choices to your customers, I really appriciate that.

In a regular humbucker do the regular 6 allan head screws make the tone change at all or do they just make the pickup more senstive?

The shape of the allen bolts, and the fact that they are more prominent from the cover will affect the tone. The shape will spread the magnetic field over a wider area, which will pick up more string movement. This will increase the bass response. Get the bolts too big (you know which P/up im talking about!!) and you will get too much bass, and more string pull, which will result in less sustain.
