Hi,
Im planning to buy a Miracle Man set for my Ibanez RG 570 Basswood Guitar. I mainly play Metal and some clean stuff. Im wondering, weither these pickups are well suited for my playing style and type of guitar.
thanks,

I'd go for something more full-bodied than a MM to compensate for the RG's bright sound.
Go for a Diver or a Warpig, or anything alnico as a rule of thumb.

The Miracle Man will work extremely well in the guitar.
i would however get a nice neck pickup for the cleans such as the cold sweat or MQ
as the miracle mans cleans whilst not terrible isn't the most pristine

What about the Mule for good clean sound?

i think the Mule would provide a good clean sound but i arent 100% sure about volume matching. You would be best contacting Tim in regards to things like that

I'd say Miracle Man if you like a more modern tone to your Metal or Holydiver if you gravitate more towards an 80s feel.

Yeah agree with the others, MM is fantastic in basswood for the nasty stuff. Not the best BKP for cleans, but still not too bad. Then if you use a neck for your cleans (I only have a bridge pickup), you'd be best off getting a MM bridge + different neck, but I'm afraid I can't help you with that suggestion, for obvious reasons :)

I would pair a Cold Sweat-neck to the MM-bridge. Nice cleans and fluid leads.
