Title: Alnico Warpig - Jazz of sorts
Post by: nfe on May 26, 2011, 06:31:11 PM
RE: Infinite Recursion's thread "Warpigs for Jazz?" I thought I'd have a bash at a wee clip. Forgive the rubbish playing, first takes and my jazz playing is poor at best, but it was just to get a quick idea of tones for him/her.

Parker Fly Classic, Warpig neck throughout.

Guitar Rig 3 JC120 on it's default patch.

Don't jest. There are enough metal bands out there who think playing the odd extended chord means they can stake claim to jazz influences. Presumably to gain muso-tokens

No, but seriously, that sounded good.  Those French jazz guys are on to something.
